Many people have a generally healthy teeth which are aligned reasonably well and look pretty good - but one or more teeth are just a little out of place.  When the problem is not big enough to warrant orthodontics, veneers or crowns it is often possible to improve the esthetics by reshaping the teeth.

Esthetic Recontouring involves removing a small amount of enamel to improve the appearance of a single tooth or your whole smile.  The procedure is generally painless, does not damage the tooth, and can make a big improvement in your appearance.  It is also a very artistic part of dentistry and requires good communication between the dentist and the patient so the desired result is understood and can be accomplished.

If you have something about your smile which isn't quite right but you are not ready for major treatments to correct, it ask the dentist if Esthetic Recontouring will work for you.
